A charming home was originally built at 12 Westminster Street, located in the historic city of Fitchburg, MA, in the year 1840. This residence eventually transformed into Gamache’s Cyclery, a beloved local establishment where countless customers fondly recall purchasing their first bicycles.
In time, Jeannie and Joel Kaddy established Once Upon A Tile, which has now flourished into one of the largest and most respected tile showrooms in all of Massachusetts. For an impressive 37 years, Jeannie dedicated herself to assisting customers with their design choices, while Joel devoted his expertise to the intricate art of tile installation.
After their well-deserved retirement, Chad Aiesi took the reins of the family business and became the master installer, seamlessly following in Joel's esteemed footsteps. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Chad diligently upholds the vision of the original owners: to present a vast selection of exquisite tile options and to enhance the design process, ensuring it is an enjoyable experience for all.
